The Gold Nugget Triathlon would not be possible without our volunteers! Volunteers make a difference for each and every racer and are part of what make the GNT so special. Over 70% of the volunteers are racers. Family members and friends make great volunteers too!

There are pre-race volunteer positions from bib pick-up to event set-up, and many positions on race day from the pool, to transition area, to the food tent and more. Please consider volunteering even if you are racing - the event would not be possible without racer volunteers. Trust us - you will have a blast!

If you are racing this year please sign up for your desired volunteer spot. Your volunteer choice does not influence your bib assignment. Once bibs are assigned at the end of March, we review the volunteer roles and if there are conflicts with your volunteer time and your bib assignment we will work with you to reschedule.
